1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
• You must initiate the return within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Custom-printed or personalized products are non-returnable unless there is a defect or error in the printing.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

• Customized or personalized products
• Sale items or promotional products
• Items that have been damaged due to misuse or improper care

3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer support team at returns@falconprint.tech with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Our team will review your request and provide you with further instructions, including a return shipping address if applicable.
3. Once your return is approved, ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving the return approval.

4. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is safely delivered.
• We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

6. Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product. To request an exchange, please contact us at returns@falconprint.tech within 14 days of receiving your order.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the specified time, please:

• Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

8. Custom Orders
Due to the nature of custom printing, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for custom-designed products unless they arrive damaged or contain printing errors caused by us. Please carefully review your design before placing your order.
